Shipping policy

We typically ship orders within 1 to 7 business days (not including weekends). Since TheRadDungeon is a one person operation running 4 machines, hand priming, and hand painting everything, timelines can vary depending on what's in the queue.

Shipping times are also tied to order volume. If we're getting a high number of orders at once, processing may take longer than the standard window, and I'll give you an estimated timeframe if that's the case.

Typically we do not ship during holidays. However, if I have time, I will still get orders out. If your order is going to take longer than expected, I'll reach out and let you know. Communication matters to me, and I'd rather give you an honest update than leave you wondering. Things can occasionally happen that push timelines back (equipment issues, high order volume, life), but you'll never be left in the dark about it.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Custom Orders

Custom orders take longer than standard items since they're designed, printed, and finished specifically for you. Typical turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks from when details are confirmed, depending on complexity and current order volume. I'll keep you updated throughout the process, and if anything is going to push the timeline further out, I'll reach out before it becomes a surprise.

International Shipping

At this time, we're unable to ship outside of the US. We're a small, one person operation still growing, and international logistics beyond that (customs, longer transit times, higher costs) are something we're working toward supporting in the future. However, if you are really interested and plan on buying in bulk send us an email!
