By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase from TheRadDungeon, you agree to the following terms.

Products: We sell handmade and made-to-order items, including miniatures, 3D prints, stickers, and (soon) apparel. Because these items are hand-primed, hand-painted, or otherwise finished by hand, slight variations between product photos and the item you receive are normal and expected.

Orders and Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product listings.

Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Please see our Shipping Policy for processing times and details.

Returns and Refunds: Please see our Return Policy for full details on what is and isn't eligible for return, including final sale items and our defect policy.

Custom Orders: Custom work is quoted and approved individually. A preview is provided before production begins, and no custom piece goes into production without your confirmation. Please see our Custom Orders section for details.

Intellectual Property: All designs, artwork, photos, and content on this site are the property of TheRadDungeon and may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

Use of Products: You agree to use our products for their intended purpose. TheRadDungeon is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse of any product.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this site or future purchases means you accept the most current version.
